This recording was taken on business trip in one of the meetings rooms. The area was free of staff and visitors, the only audible noise was from the air conditioning overhead. At no point was anyone heard inside or outside of the room. The room was wood paneled with no windows, when the light was turned off only the fire exit sign could be seen clearly, the area around it was dimly lit.

I sat at the front of the room in a corner, opposite the door and called out briefly. Immediately a coldness was felt on my left side but this only lasted a couple of minutes. After turning the light off the atmosphere changed remarkably.

Across the room, in the left of area dimly lit by the sign, I saw a black torso shape approximately 3 feet off the ground come out of the wall. It was faded to begin with but became solid, it stayed only for a couple of seconds before disappearing completely.

When asking questions, I incorrectly assumed the building was old. After listening to the recording I asked a member of staff when it was built and they confirmed it was approximately 10 years old.

Again, it was good to hear familiar names on the short recording. Some very short communications suggest that the persons leaving the message could possibly have known a previous building on the same site.
