The house I was called to is around 300 years old and appears to be very welcoming and in very good repair. All members of the household, two adults and one minor, have reported a wide range of phenomena, ranging from footsteps on the stairs, a full figure male manifestation in a doorway and knocking on the bathroom door when the room is occupied.
After hearing a history of experiences I decided to hold a seance in the smallest rear bedroom, a room felt by the residents and by me to be the most active. Before beginning I visited the bathroom, after closing the door four loud distinct bangs were heard on the door. I tried to replicate the bangs and jumped on floorboards, I pressed hard on the door surround, but nothing could be heard. The noise could only be mimicked by knocking hard on the door from the hall side.
The seance was held in darkness, but a dim light filtered through the curtains at one end of the room. The lady was seated on the bed and could be seen in silhouette by me and the gentleman. Minutes after opening everybody felt gentle touches and saw lights of varying colours and brightness. Some of these were fast moving, others flashes. The gentleman and me could clearly see multiple figures against the light from the window, both of us remarked at the same time, that there appeared to be dense forms merging into one blanket of darkness that covered the entire window. The lady at this time reported touches and a cool breeze.
Post seance, the recording was in part reviewed in front of the family. A male communicator called Frank came forward on more than one occasion. His voice was at times astonishingly clear. All residents are happy to have had their experiences validated and are content to share their home with such a benevolent spirit gentleman.
Just before leaving I visited the bathroom. Before I could even shut the door banging could be heard. I thanked Frank for being such a gracious host !

The recording was excellent, no background noise and whena response was made it was usually quite easy to determine what was said. There are many better clips but these contain personal information and can not be posted.
