Peterhouse College Theatre, 14th December 09 : Rachel, 1730 - 1830hrs, VN2100
There was a completely different atmosphere in the theatre this year. This may have been due to the very cold weather and remembering how active the first recording was. I knew I was not alone, but unlike last year was not able to see anything. It made for a very eerie atmosphere in the dim auditorium.
I was hoping to hear from some of the previous communicators, but only one gentleman acknowledged me and it was not a friendly remark.
Just before I ended the recording session in the theatre, I felt the atmosphere change as if I was unwelcome. I called out that I would not be staying and received a fuzzy reply on the recording asking me to stay. Its a shame I can not always mentally hear the responses.
Over the next three days I heard three very loud bangs near to me that could not be explained, despite investigation and a man say sssshhh outside the library door.

Field Recordings
All recorded voices have an echo of sorts which may due to the theatre environment. I was sitting alone in the building whilst I recorded these clips, the college Library which is attached and accessed through one door, was closed.
1. Before this was recorded, I had bought many books in a local shop. At the time they were in my room, nobody knew of them apart from me : pleased with your books
2. Rachel : ...are you going to come and say hello - [noise] thank you
3. I don't believe this is our circle protector talking, but him being talked about : a blackfoot
4. I'm not sure who this communicators often just call out their name : Harry
5. This is an odd phrase, if its correct ! : we keep the dog in
6. This is clear but I have no idea of who the speaker is : your brother's here, don't you love him?
